Just when I thought you couldn't do anything unique to a Skyline, someone comes along and does this. I like. biggrin.gif

i think a v8 skyline would be good, nothing wrong with it, but posting it on here is a bad idea as this is a 4, 6cyl turbo forum 0_o , eg "if its not a sr, or rb its shit!"

I dont no how any of us 4/6 and rotary people on this forum can not give credit too a V8 thats just stupid you accept something as it is and give credit where credit is due just because you own a 4/6 or rotary turboed or not doesnt meen you should have a biassed opinion about V8s obviously if u do then you are un educated in performance cars and performance applications and have no idea wot your talking about. I own a SR20DET Powered 180 this does not meen im biased and think everything else sux I no alot of V8s that would woop my ass

this is not havin a go at pennywise by the wya just my opinion

I just said that , in terms of what other people would think on the board, i dont think that smile.gif I dont see any 6cyl top fuel cars smile.gif

I dont think u should be assuming wot a whole forums worth of people will think about something

i would put a fj in everythign if i could biggrin.gif hahaha

but in an engine conversion the engine must be as old or newer then the car its goin into. the fj is way older

yeh, you would think that being a forum with imports/turbos, etc. people would welcome technology. and when it comes down to what basic engine design is better for engine performance (mostly due to the balancing of a v8 compared to a straight 4/6) the v8 is the best choice. Formula 1s use v10s remember, they must be stupid.

its good to see something different, yet maintaining a high tech engine. people should judge engines/cars on their merits, not be biased in thinking that one is better than the other, but not knowing why, nor thinking about it. I think that is becoming a problem. There are bogans out there who drive v8s because thats all they know, but nowdays, theres also a growing bunch of people that drive imports because thats all they know..both groups are as ignorant as the other.

good on the guy for thinkin unlike everyone else smile.gif

Honestly I was shocked when I heard it but when I red it was a GTS then well I sorta changed my mind, good on him for sticking an 8 in, I'd love to see and hear it that's for sure.

I don't see what engine configuration has got to do with anything, If a car performs, I give it credit wink.gif .

I love anything automotive, wether it be 1,2,3,4,5,6 cylinder or rotory, even electric laugh.gif
