Hey guys I'm pretty sure this topic has been spoken about but i could not find it. I was just wondering what were the laws on video recording on public and private property. For eg, am i allowed to film cops and anything i want to at roma, milton, harry's and so on without copping a fine? cheers ![]() |

u are allowed to film a police officcer as long as one party is aware there is filming / recording going on ... i rang up council of civil libertys about it , then rang CJC asking if it was illegal to record a convo between me and a police officer and they said they arnt alowd to tell me that (legal reasons ) but there was nothing saying you couldnt |
