This is old skewl i found it on my computer i remember downloading it ages ago
i uploaded to a faster link rather then hosting it at home

That van was owned by a mate of mine george. If you have a look closly there is a few guys in the back of it. When that video was being filmed the police watched the whole thing and somehow let everyone off witha warning.
