he retard factor was proven when he let another chick drive his car and crashed again especially after the first crash.

QUOTE (OVL666 @ Feb 11 2004, 10:50 AM)
no the point is if he didnt let her drive it wouldnt of happened.

how is she a retard.

had a lic for 3 days and lets her drive a car with mini spool and boost rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif

Only one retard i can see and it isnt the person who was driving.

shane deary, i'm not gonna argue with you haha

but he let her drive so he didnt fall asleep and kill them both.. thats the ONLY reason why he let her drive at all.. but yes i agree.. hes a dick for letting her drive.. but shes a dick for doing what she did.. but ANYWAYS STOP ARGUING WITH ME DAMNIT tongue.gif

What im intersted to know if fidel had insurance and so forth

THe condition that car is in and the on it hit. they would have to have been going very at a very quick pace.

if some one is going to post up there acco . i think they should put the story with it * at least somethign*
cause to me this looks like he has handed his keys over to someone who has floged shit shit outa it . and lost control at high speeds into a pole + 3 cars

ok this is what i'm told.. the girl driving has a suspended licence.. was driving along the esplanade thru the roundabout at the end went straight.. chucked a right at that first street.. at about 60km/hour apparently rammed up the arse of a brand new Saab which apparently had like 3000ks on it so like BRAND new.. pushed that car into 2 others and the wagon rebounded off the saab and hit a tree

he has full comp BUT.. is the driver covered cos of the circumstances? probably not.. i dont know if he knew at the time that her licence was suspended but dry.gif

Yes dont let this happen to you

or better yet . dont let some one thrash your car when they drive it

firstly look at the cars. i rkn they would * estimate * be travieling at at least 100kph+

you see the damage to that car . + 2 others. then still enouf to destroy the whole frount end of the car on the pole

and look at the map i have attached and the size of the street

i hope this shows you people . that there is a time and a place for evertying

im glad no one else was injured and i think the driver should think there lucky stars on this too

this isnt just oh i taped a gard rail at the mt. this is oh i crashed into some parked cars in a street thats prolly 25m's long if that

she would have to be on the policy for it to be covered.which i doubt she would have been.

as for takign the corner at 60 she has already admitted guilt buy doing 60kph in a 40 zone.

For a car to hit a tree and three cars in the Surfers the drivier must have been driving like a dickhead! 'IF' this was the case, as harsh as this may sound, i hope you do not recieve any insurance. This is the reason we all pay such high insurance premiums people driving like utter morons

I am glad everyone walked away without injury!

I know the feeling. I let my brother drive my car & he thought it would be cool to do a a 8000rpm 4WD launch in front of his mates & destroyed the gearbox, CV's & rear diff in one hit. Never again does anyone drive my car, even when I'm in it. But we have to find out the hard way....

QUOTE (^sims^ @ Feb 11 2004, 11:15 AM)
the girl driving has a suspended licence..

Chatting to my mate in the claims dept from a major insurer he says you can pretty much kiss goodbye to Insurance.

Unlicensed driving is just as bad as drink driving (no payment of claim in any circumstances) in the eyes of most mainstream Insurance companies, they will use anything then can to reject a claim…..

Unless the car was reported Stolen and the chick charged I don’t think you will have much luck at all. (As for not knowing if she had a licence or not – ignorance will get you nowhere.)

If your thinking of putting in an fraudulent claim – ie saying you were infact driving they would still most likely deny your claim as the car was being driven dangerously (and you risk heavy jail terms and never ever being able to get any forms of insurance ever again).

I just hope you (or she) did not do any damage to council or Govt property (street signs or poles etc….) these are very expensive to replace (well you have to pay a team of at leas 5 council workers to install a new street sign, someone has to lean on the shovels biggrin.gif)
