A question for those that have registered "wide body" cars in QLD I wanting know what issues you have had getting your mod plates. In particular how the got around the increase in track width being greater than the allowed 25mm? All the engineers I speak to have just said no, too hard to get complied. Any info would be appreciated. |

my car's kit was a factory option, so even though I added it onto the vehicle years down the track, the only thing I had to do was when I changed the differential to a ford 9", I was required to use billet axles. |

In the old rules I believe the only way to increase track to to change the rear axle like you did. Only for non IRS cars though. |

what's the maximum size factory wheel available on your model of vehicle / diameter, width, including any factory specials or overseas released vehicle on the same platform / available in other markets etc. |
