Hahah, a women's touch is to bend the number plate and drill into the front bar
which atm looks like it was fitted by a 10 year old, where as a guy would of taken the time getting a plate bracket so
it sits properly. Yahoo

it's not that bad........

straighten the number plate, change the number/letter combination and colour, mount it properly, and higher to hide the rusted front bar, adjust the font spoiler so it's not out of alignment, get rid of those poofy winky light things, probably need a new grill / looks like it's been cut to fit the lights, do something with the badge, change the scoop or eliminate it.

they're all little things, wouldn't take much, then all it'd need is a decent set of wheels, v8 engine of some description - please no chev badge, then it'd be 3/4 alright.

apart from it being a turdrama that is.

i occasionly buy these to have after a workout..

I think you've told me about them before, I have been told that I should at least be having a 'muscle milk' energy drink after my workouts. donno that I necessarily trust the gym to be selling me stuff / bit of a conflict of interest in them advising on supplements and them making more money off of you. tongue.gif

yer i might have, not real cheap, about $3.50ish at Coles.
still only buy a few a week, cant hurt after a workout i guess. coffee ones taste best.
i see those dudes at gym carring around their mixing bottle with them full of powder, then just before their work out finishes
they fill it up and walk around shaking it for an hour then stand there drinking it in a flex pose waiting
for it to kick in like roids laugh.gif

bought one of those p30's tonight, found it where you said, in the health food section, only after checking down the milk / cheese isle mind you. tongue.gif

tastes ok, slightly cloying, but not bad.

saw the energy bars, makes me wonder what the difference is between them and something like uncle tobys muesli bars. i'll read the back of the pack next time I go shopping. tongue.gif

saw these as well, not sure about them though, I can't see myself actually wanting to consume something purely on account of the protein benefit etc.

I might just trial something for a month and see if I feel that it's making any difference.

Got to love North Korea

QUOTE
NORTH Korea publicly executed around 80 people earlier this month, many for watching smuggled South Korean TV shows, a South Korean newspaper reported Monday.

The conservative JoongAng Ilbo cited a single, unidentified source, but at least one North Korean defector group said it had heard rumours that lent credibility to the front-page report.

The source, said to be "familiar'' with the North's internal affairs and recently returned from the country, said the executions were carried out in seven cities on November 3.

In the eastern port of Wonsan, the authorities gathered 10,000 people in a sports stadium to watch the execution of eight people by firing squad, the source quoted one eyewitness as saying.

I think she can, I think I have seen this abomination at IKEA Logan. The carpark at that place has to have the widest spectrum of cars in Brisbane, there is the top end, all the types like decorating Tarquins new bedroom, or Phoebes new princess themed playroom, to the middle ground, kitchen makeovers etc, to the feral Loganite tribes for the cheap meals, "Jaadyn, Rhyhanna, Alycesaundra, Cadyern, get your Fkn arses over here, grab the glasses of the old trays, not fn paying for ya little shits drinks".

Scooby unmasks 2014 WRX

AHEAD of its global reveal at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Subaru has released a teaser image of the fourth-generation WRX.

Since 1992, the WRX badge gracing the rump of three generations of the Impreza range has stood for rally-bred affordable all-wheel drive performance. With the new car, WRX becomes a standalone model for the first time.

Due to be unveiled on 20 November, the car gracing the stands will be to North American specifications but will provide us with a taste of what’s to come when the WRX is rolled out globally.

Inspired by the 2014 WRX Concept shown at March’s New York International Auto Show, it’s expected the new car will be based on Impreza underpinnings and powered by a turbocharged horizontally opposed 2.0-litre four-pot engine — a return to the layout that made the WRX famous from the current 2.5-litre, 195kW/343Nm package.

A six-speed manual is likely to replace the current five-speeder as the base transmission, with a paddle-shifted CVT on the options list.

David Rowley, national corporate affairs manager at Subaru Australia, confirmed to Wheels that the WRX is expected on our shores in March 2014, with further specification details to be released in the lead up to the WRX’s LA reveal.

While there’s no official word on localised pricing — "It’s still being negotiated with the factory," Rowley explains — it’s tipped the new WRX will be pitched above the current model’s $39,990 price point.
