Always is "Caveat Emptor" in these cases. I feel sorry for her, but getting a loan to buy a car that you haven't driven, I'm guessing she is an Iphone user, lol. |

I get asked as a favour to look at these sort of cars by friends etc, if I was to drive past that I would label it a mudguard (shiny on top, shitty underneath) until proven otherwise. Being an LX , it should have body colored engine bay for a start. I could be a great car, but a bit too much "Logan" for my taste, I think I have had over 15 or 20 Toranas over the years, so I've just known what to look for, but also I don't do bling. Mudguard... i like that lol, ive had a lot of friends to look at cars for them, even go with them to do the deal if they end up wanting it, I am the same, not a fan of bling, hate fully chrome rims unless they are an old school rim, on an old school car even then im not 100% fussed, hence why im going to give my 12 slotters a hit of Matt Black plasti dip to see how they look on the ZJ |

I mentioned that to her, didn't want to tell her she's paid about 5k to much imo, she just wanted a torrie by the sounds of it, didn't care if she inspected it or test drove it first. Just said yep I'll buy it. |

let me help her out, http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/jimboomba/w...iser/1029567443 I realise they are HQ pattern, but you can do the stud conversion easy enough. One tonner stub axles and UC steering arms, give it better KPI , camber, caster and less bump steer. |

Is she from Logan or Ipswich? I used to love seeing shitbox VR Commodores with bad rims, shitty painted dash, some crap seat covers and of-course the "mine not his" sticker plastered among some other equally bad stickers just in case we didn't know a chick owned it. Like that is meant to be impressive or something? |
