Best 9th birthday present ever? QUOTE ALAPPUZHA: A man, who uploaded a video of his nine-year-old son driving a Ferrari F 430 on a video sharing website, causing widespread outrage, has been booked. The police booked Mohammed Nisham under the Juvenile Justice Act and Motor Vehicles act. Nisham, who owns the Ferrari, had shot the video of his son driving the vehicle and uploaded it on 'YouTube', which went viral. Peramangalam police immediately swung into action and summoned Nisham on Friday to explain about allowing his minor son drive the heavy powered Italian vehicle. Nisham was booked under section 23 of the JJ act for encouraging underage driving and under the MV act for allowing unlicensed child drive the vehicle. |

1000 killer wasp brz QUOTE The 1000kW Subaru BRZ
Alex Inwood Thursday, May 2, 2013 No, that number in the headline isn’t a typo. This Subaru BRZ actually has 1044kW – a figure that, if accurate, makes it the most powerful BRZ in the world. And don’t think it’s running a top fuel V8 drag motor under its bonnet either. Built by champion American drag racer Ali Afshar, the BRZ actually runs a 2.5-litre boxer engine from a Subaru Impreza STI. Twin turbos boost the power figure, with Afshar claiming his BRZ is the ‘fastest Subaru on the planet’. As you’d expect, the rest of the BRZ has been heavily modified to cope with all that extra grunt, with Afshar hoping his car will clock a sub seven second 1/4 mile pass this weekend in Las Vegas. |

+1 internets for whoever finds the non-blurred video first and post's linky. QUOTE Naked model fails to shock commuters
9:09am May 2, 2013 May 02, 2013: Swiss artist Milo Moire has attempted to 'shake up the ordinary' by filming a project called The Script System which involved a model commuting to work completely naked in Dusseldorf, Germany. The stunt was orchestrated by Swiss artist Milo Moire, who had the young woman take a journey on public transport during morning peak hour in Dusseldorf. The artist posted the video on her website last week as part of a project called The Script System. A camera follows the model as she catches a bus and then a train, wearing nothing but glasses, shoes and a handbag. English words are painted on her body describing the clothes that she might otherwise be wearing on such a trip, like "bra" and "shirt" and "slip". The stunt was intended as a way of "shaking up the ordinary," Moire said on her website. Moire had hoped that the model walking around the train without clothes — with not a single fat roll or stretch mark to speak of — would somehow jolt commuters out of their daily routine. But throughout the edited four-minute video the artist posted online, it's evident that commuters offer little more than one or two furtive glances. "What will happen? Amazingly ... NOT MUCH!" the artist said. |
