from what ive seen not that expenisve. just under $200 per rim, depnding where you buy i guess. That's expensive. Take them to a body shop and just get them in 2 pac. Would look sweet. About right for powder coat which will be more hardy. But we 2pac-ed the wheels on Greg Cricks viper and their doing fine. |

Get some Scotchbright, good quality degreaer, good quality primer and the paint you want. Depending on what paint you might need some clear but ask whoever your getting the paint off that question. |

Sounds like a job to do when on holidays I think, Thanks for that info Prox. Cool pic, the Russians are coming haha I remember my dad kept saying that to scare me when I was a kid..... If you prepare you wheels yourself I'm sure a local spray and bake place will paint them for you pretty cheap. Most of the cost in painting is Labour. If you were in Tas and brought them in we wouldn't charge any more than $2-300 for the set if they were ready to paint. That way you can get them painted nicely and they'll last longer being baked. And 2 pac is pretty hard to paint as it takes a while to dry, which means you might get dust and shit in them whilst they tac off. A booth will dry them toot smart. |
