Damn I'm so tempted to bite the bullet and buy a set of ProComp heads :/ Good price, and some of the yanks are getting good life out of them. Even if it's until I can save up for a good set of heads. It's just going to be a daily runner with a nice cam and gas and they have to be better than the shitty stock heads...

Well that was exciting.. Just unloaded shit, cleaned truck and loaded stuff we need for bowen trip tomorrow. We had to pull the chopper apart to rebuild it as water got in everything and fcuked it. Just finished.. what a nightmare. I'm like a small engine mechanic now or some shit.. someone give me a certificate.

Also finding the right cylinder heads is pissing me off. I want a set of aluminium heads with 2.02 int and 1.6 exh valves minimum, 200ish cc intake runners, 65cc at the max combustion chamber, hardened valve seats and stainless valves and for a good price and decent quality. Procomp seem to be everywhere on eBay, very close to the specs I want/need and all the reviews I've read have all been so mixed that I'm not sure wtf to believe. Summit have a set assembled for 309.50 each but the valves are a bit smaller and have ductile iron valve seats. I need hardened valve seats so I'm not sure if the material is right. Otherwise I'm probably looking at Dart's or Edelbrocks for about 1.5k here in aus or 1.2k landed from the US.

I used to be with ANZ, when I started concreting I closed my account and opened one at commonwealth so my pay would go in straight away. I have the same problem with my wallet and I just hate change in general. If it's anything other than gold I usually chuck it in the tip jar at the shop or throw it in my ashtray.
