Yeah he's not bad. He's probably sprayed more things then an actual spray painter. It came up pretty good for being sprayed on the driveway I reckon...

Some more updates:

Yesterday we done some more rubbing on the guards and other panels, Got them in primer and got the car up on stands and painted on the wheels and Inner guards.






You cant say that this doesn't look good.


Today we done some more of the final rubbing and blade puttied/ etch primed it. Then tarped up the car port and taped up the car.
Just a little more rubbing tomorrow and it should be in paint fairly early on in the day.







So the next time I post it should be gold!!! ....Hopefully...

haha I wish it was. I hope that isn't patina gold though. It looks horrid there, more of a yellowish then a gold. :l

The vinyl roof kills it in my opinion...could be the pinstriping.

while we are correcting people rolleyes.gif the 'vinyl' roof is paint. this is how they came out and it is freaking awesome and completely makes the car.

Joel, that doesn't look like patina gold so you should be sweet.

the car pictured above is what my prem will look like in its next incarnation, love gold and white roof, love it.

Well deadline is when wintersun starts ( around early june ) so hopefully before then.

No Idea yet man, I have a sun visor here but it's rusted out in the corners, So when the paints all nice and dry I'll sit it on there and see what it looks like.

Got it painted early this morning and have been admiring it all day. Theres a bit of shit in the paint but it'll rub out when it comes time to buff.

But all in all. I'm happy with it.


The spray booth with extraction holes and everything!

Spent all weekend sanding and buffing it. I think it turned out great. Also picked up an awesome rear bar from willowbank so I can't complain!

Agreed. I may not even put on venetions like I said it would. I think all it needs is just the chrome trim and it'll be great, Less is more after all, right?

Hopefully not that long but it'll be at least a month or two. Even though I just have to put it all back together the majority of the time will be spent looking for good parts.

The main parts I'm worried about is finding a kingswood bench seat in my colour or a decent one with brackets and what not so then I can re-trim it and then the door trims.
