been a while since i posted here. got some new rims for the hilux, used to run 15*10 rims with 33 *12.5 cooper st's. Was looking for a change so got some Mickey Thompson Classic beadlock - 16*8's - with STT coopers. I found dropping the rim width and tyre size alot better for everyday driving, and hasnt affected off road too much. But like we all get with our cars, looking at different rims again - maybe just some sunny's with a bigger offset. Looking @ getting a tube bar for the front - don't know whether to get one made or just buy a xrox. Mate don't go sunnies the new rims look tuff maybe similar rims but a bigger offset? still see it round a bit still wish i kept it hahaha. |
