Is it possible to run 6 speakers off one head unit ? Cos there is only the wiring for the front 2 speakers and rear 2 speakers. So would you wire 2 speakers say into the front left and the front right then amp them so they get enough power ??

Why bother? The money you spend you could have some good front splits.

you could run 4 speakers on the same circut run them in parralell or in sequence not 100% on which is beter though

simply put it is possible. but your starting to sound like you don't know what your doing so i'd start looking at getting a pro's help

you can actually run more if you wish, i currently run 4 splits (2 left 2 right) both amped in my front doors and 4 in the rear, 2 in the parcel shelf and 2 in the boot.

Only thing just make sure that the amp has enough power to drive all 4 speakers

No as you're fucking around with impedance which I am assuming is something you don't understand. You need an amp.

As above the answer is no, however there is no need to run 6 speakers anyway. One set of good splits (amped anyway) is all you need....

He actually asked if it is possible, not that he is going to do it himself.
as long as he gets someone that knows about impedance to guide him it will work

If they are connected Parallell it can be done, amp to speaker speaker to speaker and so on
as long as he calculates the impedance loads, and online calculators it can be done

Yeah for sure man, the only way you will get decent sound though it to run all 6 straight off the front left speaker. It's the only way.

Correct, I've go no plan to do it in my car.. Just always been curious to if it can be done and how you'd go about it.. cos you see those show cars etc with 10 6s in the boot lol.
So i guess if someone was keen to run 6 speakers it involves a fair bit of effort to to make sure its done properly. I've got this impedance calculator i was show so i'll read through it later to feed my curiousity lol.
It's pretty interesting what your able to do with the right amps and wiring... way past my knowledge of car audio lol.

In the case of audio show vehicles the speaker out puts on the head-unit are not used any way just the rca outputs.
