out of those 2, the M90 is the better option. |

are you planning on using a whole L67 or just the blower? as the blower will only fit on L67 heads and not L37 (ecotec) heads. This! But if were going to do this, you may as well do a complete L67 swap over, as the stock ecotec bottom end sucks arse and the L67 bottom end is stronger from factory. |

Ecotec... Read the topic name Actually it doesn't mention anything about the motor it's going on. Only that he is looking at an ecotec supercharger. But I wouldn't expect you to understand, since that you just purchase other peoples cars pre built on how much "street cred" it will give you.... |

yeh have experienced an sc14 on a vn and couldnt really feel a difference except for slightly more torque down low, im also aware of the head issues with the m90 plus also the weak bottom ends in the l37, sorry about how vague the topic is guys, ill rephrase: |

also various vortec and raptor blowers that have proven results howover can be a little pricey, ultimately i would spend between 2-3g on supercharging the car but couldnt really stretch that much further then that, i see myself as decently mechanically minded so much of the conversion would be done by myself so that just leaves parts and tune for the budget |

yeh zac im considering it, now i have the vn i can actually work on the vs without having no car, and upon seeing your dads l67 its pretty much put me onto thinking it could be a cool project, plus the m90 is a pretty stealthy blower and pretty quiet in terms of chargers. |

by the time you spend money for the l67 and fitting etc, better & cheaper to go single turbo kit, but if your set on a super charger go a raptor kit |

look at the fit website, you honestly cant expect to buy an L67 and through a ten pound pulley on it and expect it to make a major difference. by the time u spend 3g+ getting the L67 installed, 1000 for exhaust, 500 for pulley upgrade, your already at 4500g. raptor blower on your orignal ecotec if its healthy will next 180rwkw straight away with exhuast, look up the raptor blower than had in st commodores feature car, ended up making 210-220rwkw with front mount n exhaust. depends also on how healthy your current box diff brakes r etc, things u might want to consider upgrading first |
