Induction of air?
Sounds like you have poor throttle response..

Sounds like intake noise to me..

Vacuum leak, possibly from the vacuum line from the back of the manifold to the interior air lines

What brand is your air filter?

Dose it hunt around at idle? or idle high?
might be the vacuum hose under the throttle body but doubt it.

try loading it up in gear to see you have a misfire might have leads on wrong, they will idle ok on only a few cylinders.

Didn't take the intake pipe off did you?

You don't have to remove anything else to do the plugs and coil pack on them.

Is there a noticeable lag or is it just a loud induction noise? Mine does it as well when I stomp it how ever I have a bigger throttle body and a K&N filter.

I think you will find if there is no vacuum leaks like I suggested before and the car does not miss or hunt at idle, then it is normal induction roar

where would be the best place to look for a vacuum leak?

IF THERE IS ANY VAC LEAKS OR YOU THINK THERE IS ONE GO DOWN TO THE LOCAL AUTO BARN OR THE LIKE AND GET SOME I THINK WD40 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT THE DUDES THERE WILL KNOW. JUST TELL THEM YOU HAVE A VAC LEAK AND YOU ARE TRYING TO FIND IT AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU SOME SPRAY SHIT THAT WHEN YOU SPRAY IT ON THE HOSES AND THERE IS LEAK IT WILL FUCK WITH THE IDLE IE MAKE IT HUNT,REV HIGH OR STALL THEN YOU WILL KNOW THE LEAK IS SOMEWHERE IN THE SPOT YOU SPRAYED THEN JUST ELIMINATE FROM THERE. MORAL IS YOU SPRAY THIS SHIT ON THE HOSES AND LISN FOR A CHANGE IF NO CHANGE NO LEAK.

... So lube mobile is to blame, FUCK OFFF.... How are they going to compensate you for that...? if it sucked any of those bolts or clamps into your engine - BOOM..

If it was Lube Mobile,, them **** can get fucked!
Thats what you get for paying 'mobile mehcanics....' ask here first, and save yourself the hassle

Most cars will have a bit more induction roar with new plugs, the stronger spark improves throttle response. All my cars have done it.

New spark plugs actually have weaker initial capacitive phase spark, since the ion build up on the electrodes makes the spark 'dribble' across the gap resulting in a longer inductive phase. 1000km old spark plugs will make more power due to a bigger initial fireball than brand new plugs :P
