Well i got myself a old skool BES turbo timer. It's like old hahaha. It's got 1 switch with 3-5-1 min then a stop button and a red light.

what i want tp know is how to wire it up ?

I never used or owned a turbo timer before.

it has 4 wires

Black- for ground
red- cont power
yellow- ??????
blue- ?????

so does anyone know what the blue and yellow wire are for ? and where they go ?

i plan to use it on my r31 skyline with a rb20det

cheers

Go to a Boggard distributor and ask to look at the instructions, I know AEI carries them but not sure what is close to you.

I have installed other TT's so at a guess I'd say:

Black - Ground
Red - Constant 12v +
yellow - IGN "ON"
blue - IGN "ACC"

I got an apexi one brand new with wiring diagram and instructions you can have for $100 if you want? Would be easier with instructions!

TRY USING A RELAY TO TAKE THE LOAD OF THE TURBO TIMER AS SOME OF THE OLDER ONES ARE RENOUNED FOR INTERNALLY DYING AS THE INTERNAL RELAY IS NOT LOAD RATED..

A RELAY IS CHEAPER TO REPLACE THAN A TIMER MODULE
