howd you get so much lift out of that colorado mate??? cheers have a look where the chassis rails are. i am guessing 2-3" body lift and then the suspension lift as well. just taking a stab in the dark Yep 2'' suspension and 2'' body we got more out of the suspension but i have lowered it back down to almost a normal 2'' suspension lift, If all goes well i will be fitting a 4'' kit to it in a couple of weeks from superior will be sitting 10'' higher then stock ohh yeahh |

Saw that ![]() Yeah had a 1HDFT 80 series for a few weeks....didnt really do anything with it at all, only drove it a handfull of times so decided to sell it. Seemed a bit stupid to have that much money tied up in a car that wasnt getting any use. The Zook I can live with because its worth a quarter of what the 80 and GQ were worth..My brother-in-law actually owns NOR011 now. Sports a big ass turbo, water to air intercooler, ARB fridge, drawer set up etc etc...its a weapon now. |

Yeah, pretty much keeping it the way it sits now except for some budget lockers (lockrite front and mig rear) Going to be a mega budget toy. Finally got to the stage where spending bucket loads of coin on cars/4x4's doent appeal to me anymore. |

Have you sussed out how your getting the Fox shocks yet ? I did alot of homework when i bought mine and i have alot of info to share if you want, could save you alot of money, the guy i used has been great and for half the price. It's actually already fitted with fox shocks on the front. ![]() Ignore my arm holding a coin, I sold the BF's that came on it and was giving a tread depth indication. No idea what brand shocks are in the rear. |

That suzuki would have had some money thrown at it, I almost bought that suzuki back in december from a guy in clontarf the guy said it would pass roadworthy took it to my mechanic, the whole front end needed a rebuild the wheels were about to fall off the bearings were that stuffed, all the unis were gone, suspension wasnt modplated, speedo didnt work. in the end my mechanic was digusted the guy thought it would pass, and i didnt buy it. But it was an awesome looking car and i would have loved to own it in better condition. I have to admit I was pretty devistated as it was going to be my first car. And the rear shocks are out of a patrol "for better travel" hence why they are cut through the floor. |

New wheel bearings front and back, new alternator, new starter motor, timing belt, reco head, rear brakes etc etc.. Speedo works fine. I will start pulling is apart tomorrow and put some new bushes through it. It's all minor stuff anyway....and at the end of the day it's only a Sierra...nothing is really a "big" or expensive job. |
