Hey Guys, I have a stock VS V6 Supercharger and i plan to fit it to my vr commodore ute. I know the stock vs supercharged manifold has the injectors inserting fuel in through the actual heads, which is a different setup to the stock ecotec and buicks. So I wanted to try and find out if I purchased stock vs superchared heads would they bolt on the the buick block..and is there any other dilemmas, like is the cam the same, or do i need to change that too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Ashley -------------------- |

Hey mate, the best guys to talk to about this is FIT forced induction tech, i think their web site is v6supercharged.com.au, they are pretty much the law when it comes to this stuff, i personally know that the cams are different, as is really the whole block, the standard v6 supercharged is a l67, there are some big differences in the block, heads, you name it, you need to have a think about how far you want to take it in the long run because you might be better buying a standard l67 block and going from there, i had nearly 400hp out of the standard internals, but once again if you are going to talk to somone talk to FIT. |
