Post #1 post 25th April 2008 - 12:59 PM
Im soo soo lazy in finishing this thing off that its never going to get posted here any time soon... So i thought i would give you guys/gals a quick look at what ive been working on since i sold my custom 2tone prelude in my sig pic.

It will be finished i think within 3 weeks, and full finished (engine) maybe mid year in time for briz autosalon.

Bought stock as a rock in Feb... Built not bought. Im proud to say i did all work on this car except for paint but i did prep it. bowrofl.gif and im a business student soo i think its good effort.

Suspension: Firestone Air Suspension (old setup i had running)
Tein Super Street Coilovers (suspension im installing after todays uni exams.)

Wheels: 18" Scorch Chrome (yes yes i know they are not race but il change them when i change engine)

Modifications:

- Custom Paint (custom blue and pearl white)
- Full kit. ( extensive work done to it.. front bar is 3cm shorter and 2cm was alto taken from length so it fits good and is legal height rolling.)
- Fully Re trimmed interior (absolutley every single panel)
- 18" Wheels
- Air Suspension
- Coilovers (going in probs monday or tues)
- Slotted + Cross Drilled rotors all round + semi met xbg(ithink) race pads
- Custom Boot install
- Huge Comp Stereo
- 2 7" headrest monitors
- Touch screen Kenwood motorized monitor 7"
- Kenwood Dvd player
- 1500w amp
- 1000w amp
- headlights
- tail lights
- mirrors
- sound proof entire inside of car (every little bit)
- smoothed and welded doors from strip.
- shaved numberplate surround.
- shaved aerial.

Estimated Power: Bit over 100kw at fly i would say... Im hoping to get near my brothers N/A preludes figures of 160fwkw after H22z manual conversion and modding..

and yes i know the front bar is loose in 2nd last pic lol had to get it off the towtruck some how tongue.gif
and last pic is my old car.. im a fan of 2 tone yes... tongue.gif
just wanted to say before every1 posts comments:

cheers lyle.... yer usdm is my personal choice.... And just like yours it will have both performance and Looks..... so the works. drool.gif

yer atm its more a cruise car and im lovin not having to change gears.... It will however be transplanted to a worked H22z and manual conversion so once performance is ready to be done it will be manual so i can have some fun.
Im aiming at having it take modified skylines, silvias, etc etc... easily done since my bros 5th gen prelude snaps em off roll starts..... not yet off line tho sad.gif

thats the whole point of doing engine mods.... Jinx (MYH22) has a h22 accord .. when it was turbod it snapped gtr's .... its funny how u know ur in trouble as soon as he revs it a bit. ... who would expect getting beat by a accord common lol....

Yes its getting chrome pin striping after the cut and polish.

unsure.gif how modified are we talking and i hope you dont mean GTR's

The colour choice is perfect, love the two tone choice mate thumbsup.gif also love that you picked a better set of wheels for this car, the ones on your lude were horrid to say the least.

looking forward to seeing it at brissi autosalon with the h22 in it
