Hi, i was just wondering if it was possible to get a person to do a roadworthy on my vl commy. i live out of town so it is hard to organise a trailer and get it around the place, especially as i work monday to friday in business hours. Can anyone help me?

mobile mechanics may do them for you? they come to you.... but its at abit of a fee...

get a permit.. like 20 buks a day then u just gotta pay for ctp

I cant find a mechanic who does rwc in hervey bay. wot r these permits? i thought they were about 90 bucks?

Ring your insurer get some CTP on the vehicle, go to the transport department and get a one day rego (not sure how much it is) cheaper than a mechanic that will come to you I am guessing. Your CTP will last you one year so it is taken off the price of your rego.

What do you mean a mobile mechanic WILL NOT come to your house ?

not all maobile mechanics can do RWC, you must have a workshop first and the mobile RWC is an extension.

They all dont do mobile services hence they have a shop. Some are designated mobile mechanice, try Lube Mobile, im sure they do RWC's
