I ended up doing a 62.05....I also had some major heat problems throughout the day, couldn't do more than two fast laps at a time...

Any photos of the little rigoli starlet floating around??

laugh.gif Thanks mate....

Yeah need to get an oil cooler as I fried my oil yesterday.

Radiator is a bit tricker....not much room. Thinking of installing a water spray on it, see if that helps.

Great day though....

Track temps should just get better and better with winter setting in so PB's should be looked to get reset in the next few months smile.gif

Which is also good for me as I can hang around for alot longer to take pics

Perhaps upgrading your thermo fans could be an option ?

yesterday would have been a good PB day but there were too much oil and dirt on the road

I run an oil cooler on my car, 19 row Earl's, and I still hit 100*C. Thats not too bad, but I would hate to see what people are getting without a cooler.

ended up with a best lap of 58.1, 2nd in class and 3rd fastest overall smile.gif

the oil on the outside of turn 2 wasnt helping with the lap times though and had many 'moments' during the day on that turn including one where the car ended up drifting completely sideways eek.gif but no damage done.

the track was even worst during the last session with passengers. There were plenty of dust and gravel on the track. I was 4wd power drifting at most places. I had about 15 or so laps until the oil temp went to 132C

It was great fun though. You should have stay for that session

Make up for my lack of skill with power down the straights tongue.gif

Only got 1 or 2 good runs each go, either slow traffic & then when i backed off & had room went a bit too hot & made mistakes.
Think if im a bit higher than group 7 ill be able to copy what the other drivers are doing & get some better cornering going drool.gif

get yourself into what was group 2 on saturday if you can. with Fleet (300zx), GT40 etc etc. those guys have been going out for a long time, and know how to get around there quite quick. lines will be a bit different for your GTR but shouldnt be too far off smile.gif

best way to go faster is practice practice practice

That was with coilovers & semi's unsure.gif Think i had too much camber on the rears have to see if i can get rid of a bit of that. The cars got most of the goodies but it was my first time so i didnt change anything on it, next time ill look a bit more into making changes & figureing out what works. & if that doesnt work, just crank the boost up wink.gif
