My brother bought an ex show car, and it was a dodgy shitbox of a car. Gotta say it could be good that the cops target modified cars, because most of the time dodgy dave just wants his car to be fully sick, rather than legal. Anyway, have fun fixing your car eh, I hope you have a fat wallet. |

Sounds like an ok deal to me. Gearboxes are pretty cheap. Heaps availabe ex japan as they are not needed when people put the rb26 motors into RWD cars. You can usually get them here for $800 landed. You can also import and compliance a 92-94 R32 GTRs for $15,000-$16000 these days but when local ones are getting close to the same cost there is not much demand. |
