People coming from the southside might need to allow an extra 30 minutes to get to aspley due to the captain cook bridge being closed. I took us an hour this morning to get into the city when it normally takes us 20 minutes.

Either that, or go out the gateway and in through the northside.

Just thought i'd give people a heads up because there was heaps of congestion this morning around 9am.

where and when did you go? we were at the spit at sommerset dam at 12 til a bout 1.45 and we did not see anyone else, we even went and looked around at the other entrances to the dam and no one was there. hope it was a good day for you all anyway

we left aspely a bit slow due to the volume of lights i got out of there about 11.50 but i went home , they at aa guess would have got there about 1-1.30 and thats as much help as i can give you ....sorry....

Thanks everyone for a really great cruise, thanks matt for really great organisation, thanks mike and co for the feed and thanks mcleod and the rest for the drinks. Was really great to see there were no clowns doing stupid shit apart from the gronks who brought alcohol and were being stupid during the trophy presentation and leaving there empties behind for miss mcleod to pick up. Was also good to see that the cruise may have made its way onto tv giving us 'hoons' a good rep.

I really had a great day, nice long cruise up in the calibra being burnt through the sun roof haha. Good day, good day.

thanks guys for the mad cruise....cept for the really bendy steep hill we went down doing 30-40...i cooked my break pads hahahaha they are fine now though LOL...very good turn out...but cant believe i didnt get a trophy for best 3 cyl!!!!! WTF MATE!!! hahah um anyway hope to have another nice cruise soon!!!
