There's a list of vehicles that are exceptions to the turbo/power requirements.

The only list I found has cars like the Smarts and the Suzuki Cappucino on it. Nothing about real cars...

I'm on my P Plates and I have a 03 V35 350GT Coupe Which has 206kw, so technically its prohibited for me to drive.
Even though It's on The Roadsmart website as a exemption vehicle.

Also it depends on which model V35 Skyline you'd want. ie, 250GT,300GT........

Er, Roadsmart is not a Government website. Nor does it have a listed of exempt vehicles.

It simply has a database of vehicles compiled by various methods intended on indicating vehicles suitable for P Platers. There are mistakes, and the V35 350GT is one of them.

hmmm, weigh it all up mate, at the end of the day it is NOT worth it. i couldn't imagin the feeling if i crashed into a $100k merc or ANY car for that matter and have my insurence voided.

plus i think if it's all weighed up you can loose your licence all just on 1 inspection if they wanted to get you for a few things.

just save up a little extra cash to put towards it once off P's. thumbsup.gif

Please don't tell me you're picking on Jap car interiors when you have a VW, I'm sorry but in my opinion they are horrible interiors (not the worst mind you) and I'd take a Skoda interior any day of the week (not saying I wouldn't take a 32 or GTI, but you know what I mean.)

You're an idiot, you really don't realise the consequences of what can happen do you.
