BTW 1995 is only 14 years ago..., Top gear raced falcon and commodore basic models and the ford won both times, only thing holden won was the brakes. Yeah the ba, bf and fg have the paddle shift auto. Still gunna be sluggish off the lights being auto tho.

The VZ vs BA/BF is just based on what ive seen. If your ef beats slightly new model commodores, and my old VN would beat newer model fords, i think they've both gone backwards with their newer models then. tongue.gif

Got a link to that vid? Im curious to see what models they use, and how they actually compare them.

I think it's more the fact that the cars get heavier and heavier but the engine output doesn't grow in proportion.

Can vouch for peddars new range of coilovers, Went for a drive in a WRX with some and a VE SS. Very nice.

Z32 300ZX - 120.6rwkw stock - 139.9rwkw I/E + UDP - 162rwkw I/H/E + UDP + TB's + NIStune
Supra MKIV - 124rwkw stock - 134rwkw exhaust - 139.7rwkw H/E - 142.6rwkw I/H/E


Obviously not all on the same dyno so power figures would be slightly diff if they were.

Nah dude.. I'm on my Ps and can drive my XR6T because it's still got the stock turbo. It's all the dudes with Skylines and imports and shit that change their turbos that can't drive them.

That seems to contradict what Queensland Transport says:

a mate got pulled over in his VE ute, chev badges, loud exhaust etc.. the cop asked him whether it was a 6 or an 8... and hes like yeah just a 6 and hes like okay

it was a 6, but it couldve just as easily been an 8 without a loud exhaust
