Post #1 post 22nd April 2009 - 01:18 AM
Hi all,

Just thought I would upload some pictures I took from the Top Gear round last Sunday at Lakeside.

Was some very fast times and nice cars there.

The Honda Integra DC5R (Silver) was a damn quick car. Certainly massive amounts of work done under the hood.

Hope you enjoy and I would love to hear comments.

didn't happen to get any pics of my black Sil80 with white wheels? car #11

the DC5R belongs to a member here - timofytit. It has a built NA 2.2l with 183kw atw!!! but its full street trim and only fairly basic suspension so there's probably more to come from it.

Timofytit is the user name of the guy that owns it. I know some of the work done but he will be only to happy to tell you a full workout. I believe he has listed a full build up thing on OzHonda.com and uses the same user name there too.

I will only say basically it is now a 250bhp NA Toda built machine. LOTS of work done on it and I can admit first hand after getting some laps in it after the rounds on Sunday it FLYS!! thumbsup.gif

I know tomorrow he is going to look at the suspension etc while he is on holidays. Plus possibly hit the drags to see what 1/4 it can do.

I am his lucky photographer and 4wd driver with the gear! cool.gif

I have am putting up a couple more pictures at the moment but I dont think they are on car 11 I am sorry.

However in future you will always see me with the camera around my neck next to the DC5R, if you want me to get some pictures I would only be to happy to help!

cool. thanks for that.
will be interesting to see how his times go throughout the year. I'm sure it will continue to get quicker. The power, brakes and tyres will make alot of us other sprint competitors feel a bit better about our times wink.gif Coz a few of us were scratching our heads! lol

Very good times for his first day at Lakeside. best thing is you wouldn't pick it to look at the car. real sleeper!
