Hi, just a quick one.
I have an 88 model 75 series land cruiser troop carrier 2h diesel.
The fuel gauge isn't accurate so I want to find out what the factory specs are for fuel tank capacity. I've been googling for ages but cant find anything?!
Do you know what they hold, or where I could find out?
Thanks.

I'd take a punt and say it's between 80-90 litres.

But, sounds like you need to fix the problem, more so. Dodgey fuel readings can simply be a dirty fuel sender. So normally, you can remove the fuel reader from the tank (sometimes they're in the cabin, under the rear shelf/seats area), clean it (or replace it) and should read relatively well.

Otherwise, carry a jerry can of fuel, run it till it's done dry and coughing, get yourself to the nearest servo and fill her up again. That'll tell you how big your tank is.
