hello,

planning on starting up a project, datsun 180b or 200b sr20det swap.
first things first i have never done anything like this before & i do not intend to rego it.

has anyone done a engine swap like this, wondering cost's? and if i could get a hold of some photo's or somthing.
any help, tips, advice ideas would be appreciated

quite a simple conversion as the sr20 bolts to the original k frame in a 200b with no mods, i also beleive that the gearbox bolts up as well. from there sr tail shaft needs to be shortened, wiring, fuel system (carby to efi) and obviously all hoses (radiator etc)

Seriously before you start asking questions have you tried searching google? I punched in sr20 into 180b and I found quite a lot of information straight away.

Okay, well its going to cost you anywhere between 4k to 8k that all depends on how much of the work you do yourself. For someone who is asking this question I'm guessing a majority of the work isn't going to be done by you.
