Before i start does anyone know of where i can buy a Service or 'repair' manual for a 99 Mazda Bravo B2500?

First problem is the fuel gauge, it only seems to work for the top half of the tank, as soon as it drops below that it will either just sit on half way or it will jump around from empty to half full....
Any ideas, is the fuel gauge itself or wiring somewhere?
Is the best solution to just replace the fuel gauge? And where could i get one from? (tried all the wreckers around my area)

Next problem is the headlights, sometimes they come on after a delay of turning the headlight switch and sometimes they come on straight away, any idea what causes this?
I've noticed the previous owner has made a shitload a 'do it yourself' addons to the car in terms of lighting. so it's a fucking mess to try and trace wires out etc.

Thanks for the help.
