ok im having problems with the fuse for my high beam. it keeps melting its the correct amperage yet it melts the insulation off of the fuse it doesnt blow it. i was thinking of relaying it or puting a circuit breaker in but what could be the problem.
-------------------- There aint nothing like shoehorning a V8 into a zed.
First (wheel spin), second (wheel spin), third (wheel spin), fourth, valve bounce, 150kmh WTF. bloody gear ratios. |

well if i am understanding what you mean i would think its getting hot. ummm heat is cause by resistance. check all the conections etc because this is usually what causes resistance. can be even just crudd on the conection that does it so clean them up and see how they go. get a multimeter and check the circuit |

relay would be good, and yes check your connections. Relay will lower switching current but will not make much difference to your running current. Hence why they use relays for spot/driving lights. |
