Ok Im building either a sealed sub box for 2x12's 18mm mdf, cause 21mm mdf is hard to find 4 me @ the moment!!! do ported boxes have to be 18mm mdf, or can you go 12/15mm mdf, cause they wont be so flexed, just curious! -------------------- [u]Project *RUJELS* is underway! ] -

12 and 15 or pron to split when u screw the box together (12mm WILL split unless u drill guid hose b4 each screw), best of minimum 18mm. less chance os spliting the timber when screwing it all together.. |

u can use liquid nails but after soem time it would probly vibrate to dust |

you should only use liquid nails to seal the box from the inside so you get no air leakage not to "glue" the box together but all u'd need is just some wood glue |
