hey guys have had my skyline for a few months now and i was told when i bought it that it had an active lsd now at the time i didnt think much about it untill yesterday 1 of my mate was telling me it is a very rare and it was a factory option apparently about $4000 any way to the point wat is so good about this diff ???

think its activated by the comp when its needed
so its single spinner most the time (saves tyres)
but locks well when your going through twistys biggrin.gif

might not be anything like what it does but thats what i think it does
you could just google it tho

the active lsd unit came standard on all R33 GT-R V-specs.
basically it locks the diff if it detects one of the wheels slipping.

It is a Viscous locking LSD, to check it should have two high pressure oil lines going into the Diff
