ok my injectors will fire twice then cut out. then i have to turn the key to the off piosisiton and it does it again but it if i try to start from the on position after its already fired it just winds over. it is giving my the shits coz i wanna drive my car. the only thing i could think off was the power to the computer dies and has to be turned off to reset but i tested it and it has power all the time. any help would be great

also does a gze computer plug into a ge loom? is it hard to change it to fit in?

4ag injectors fire by earthing to ground, there is usually a bunch of brown wires that bolt the the block above the gearbox that are the ground for the injectors... check that, also do an engine diagnostic and see if the ECU is registering any error codes, you can find the ECU diagnostic procedure and codes at http://www.club4ag.com in the reference section... I would post them up but Twincam16 still has my engine manual and I cant quite remember them off the top of my head...

Do you have Motec? You could do an injector test, which is how I found out that 3 of my 4AGE injectors were seized sad.gif.

Cost $88 to get them fixed as well.

id say it would be the ECU, if they sire twice, then the injectors work, it would be very unusual for all 4 injectors to go at the same time, so next thing to try would be the ecu...
