changing stud patterns is not hard, most engineering shops can handle that, rears are easy, fronts a bit more complex due to hub size etc.

Definitely, people make conversion hubs and brake kits for Rodeos > 5 stud

I got a question how hard would it be to change torsion front end to s13 I'm thinking cut tubs and steel work close?

To be honest a stud conversion + big brake kit isn't that badly priced at $1000.

The know of a 1990 rodeo with a VT disc/5 stud rear end, but it also runs a VT engine and trans too so not too sure whats involved...
