Ga16det bought this car mostly done, nearly got it all going just having a couple of start/running issues but soon to be on the road. Running about 7-8 psi with an e-manage blue fuel only computer, standard engine, fmic, 2.5" exhaust, excedy HD clutch, superlow king springs, boost controller. Nothing too exciting...

    So you're turbo'ing the GA16DE? Damn... would have thought it'd be easier to go with SR20DET or similar, but admire the effort you're going to!

    I wouldn't think you'd be able to run much more than 8psi with the standard pistons, unless you're changing compression ratio to suit boost and pushing it from there... as long as you don't thrash it too much and just give it the occasional squirt you should be OK :S

    Let us know how its worked out, and how much power to the wheels it produces, i was thinking of turboing my nissan pulsar n15 1998 lx 1.6litre
