Mandrel bent cross over pipe from standard drivers side manifold
3 inch mandrel bent dump pipe
o2 sensor port in both cross over pipe and dump pipe for precision tuning and smoother engine management
38mm HKS external waste gate
45mm screamer pipe
HBE gt3540 spec T3 turbo (plain bearing)
Aftermarket water hose to give greater clearance from turbo manifold. ( 2x hose clamps included )
All necessary nuts bolts and gaskets

This kit is designed as a direct fit up to a stock standard engine, You may notice intercooler piping and oil lines missing from this kit, reason for this as some personal rather design there own piping or wish to run a blow through gas setup.You will be required to drill a hole in the sump to return the oil from the turbo hence why the oil line is not supplied depending on where the customer wishes to drill this hole within the engines configuration. Oil lines can be obtained from your local hydraulics shop or through a speedflow / aeroflow distributor.



This setup on a standard engine will produce around 225 rwkw with boost set at 10 psi with an automatic transmission (manual around 240 rwkw)
These engines can be pushed to around 15 - 20 psi and can deliver upto 300 rwkw with a good tune and drive line upgrades
