look through the trading post for people that supply them then fit it yourself it will be cheaper and you'll know what to do if anything goes wrong. its not hard we did it on my mates lux

Its piss easy to do.

I always mounted the module on the firewall.

Pos straight to the battery make sure it has a good clean earth. take the paint off if you are bolting it to a panel.

Clean the spot the pad is going on with prepsol or wax and grease removed first, make sure there is NOTHING left behind.

Affix the pad.

Run a beed of silicone around the pad to seal it good, no need to go overboard, just enough so you can run your finger round it and make it smooth.

Repeat for all.

They work in series, so all the pads but one will have two wires on it, just daisy chain them, ie from the unit, into the first pad, then out of the first pad into the second etc etc, the las pad will have only one wire (duh)

Make sure ALL connections are done with solder and make sure you are good at it, get the solder into the wire, not just on the surface like i have seen alot of people do that claim they can use an iron.

DO NOT and i cant stress this enough, DO NOT use crimps at ALL. All the joins MUST have heat shrink over them.

Thats pretty much it.

There's a place in Brendale. I think it's called Rust Free or something similar.

We used Electronic Rust Prevention Systems Ph: 1800 332 899.
A mobile qualified installer fitted it at work. Got six couplers on Dodge Ram, 2 engine bay, 2 rear cab and 2 chasis rail.
It is guaranteed for 5 years. You have to checkthe red light to make sure it is working. Haven't had any trouble as yet and no rust either.
