2001 MODEL WRX [MY02]
Engine: EJ20

Exhaust: 3'' turbo back exhaust with 5'' cannon

Suspension: fbss air bag suspension, with chrome air tank in boot with all hidden lines

Wheels: 19's

Modifications:
front mount intercooler
turbo timer
boost controller in coin holder
turbo smart type 2 BOV
clear side blinkers
black with blue pearl
2006 model gearbox

Stereo Audio / Visual:
2 x 12'' pioneer subs
6'' pioneer splits front and rear
audiobarn monoblock
pioneer dvd player
7'' dvd screen

Estimated Power: not much, running 14psi

hey guys and girls
this is my new car. will repost after i get some better pics taken.
swapped this for my old car and am very happy with it.
gets alot of looks. future plans are maybe take the airbags out and replace with
coilovers then do a bunch of engine mods.
but not to sure yet

good and bad comments welcome.

    i understand that you bought this car the way it is....

    but what i dont understand is why you would buy a performace car.... take the rather light-weight, high quality rims off it and replace them with big heavy cheap bits of crap?

    im gettin stock wheels off a mate n seeing if i prefer them
    i wanted a convenient car and didnt want a n/a
    my supra was to much of a pain in the ass to drive, was to low, very stiff clutch and yer jus not convenient

    seen this car in person and i recon it looks sweet as. as he said i would love to be able to pump my car up n down as i need to so u dont wreck ya kit on gutters n shit. top work man love it thumbsup.gif

    Just wondering, if you planned to put coil overs and stock wheels on it, why didnt you just buy a standard wrx? no doubt the custom airbag install has mucked with the chassis...

    i dont understand why ppl are saying get rid of the bags?nd get coilovers? what so he can have awsome handling? on the road? the bags are fine to drive on the road normaly, most the roads are fucked in qld yet you still have people sacrificing the comfort of driving because they think there gunna hit corners at 150 200+kmh? it would be a different story if he wanted to make it a track car. but u cant say it doesnt look good all aired out and tucking.

    not too bad mate. my recommendation is to get a proper set of suspension and a good set lightweight wheels, if the budget permits.

    i really think airbags should be saved for the minitrucks/utes/whatever the fuck they are and other assorted transvestite showcars

    its kind of silly seeing people buy a good performance car only to modify it away from its intended purpose by putting taccy modifications like bags and plasticy looking dinner plate wheels that ruin the characteristics in the sake of street credibility

    hell at the end of the day its their vehicle but it just ruins the essence of good cars dunno.gif

    yes if it has chrome or isnt like very other car around, everyone hates it.
    everyone who has seen it in person has loved it and love the bags and wheels.

    I dont mind it mate. Yeh its a performance car, but your are still bound by road rules and speed limits. Some may think they are pointless... but others might think having super harsh coilovers lowered to a impractical level is pointless too.
