That's correct... There have been signs up for the last week saying there will be delays on the GC Highway around southport on Sunday the 1st smile.gif

In general, they are correct, because they normally redirect traffic through the middle of southport for the triathlon and marathon smile.gif


and according to the course map:

If your coming from brizzy take the back streets. Government Road then into queen street. Most people will be doing the same i am guessing with the triathlon being on and all.

I've never been to the spit before, so if its gonna be dead because of the triathlon, then f**k it.

All I want is to look at hot cars and mingle with some hotties. Hopefully its not a d**k fest there, haha
