Righto it's been a long time since I've posted up my EG. I'm slowly in the process of redoing the interior black. It's almost where I want it to be, for now. The original plan was to boost it after I get back from holidays next year but lately I've been leaning towards a B20 bottom end. Torque = good. However paying off a house has slowed the project down a bit. A much more rewarding modification though tongue.gif

why have you got bonnet pins?

    02GZM
    Post #5

When I first bought the car years ago they were there. Cant really be bothered welding up the holes and getting the bonnet resprayed so they stay for now.

Hey man, loved your Civic on the meet, looks over9000x better with the KAI's under the guards. Keep it NA man that's the Honda mantra.

Thanks man. Yea I love the easy attainable power a turbo would give but once I jumped in a high revving, high comp B20 vtec frankenstein and nearly wet myself, I decided I want one lol.

    110fwkw's is a fairly stout B16

    B20 on the cards ?

Personally wouldn't go any bigger then 16's on an EG but that's just me, Work Emotions are a good choice thou thumbsup.gif

Yea Ivan keeps trying to sell me his old engine lol. I think I'd rather start with a fresh block and use my head with new cams and a bit more reinforcement. Plus by the time I go to stick it in he would have probably already sold it.

B20 would be awesome in a little EG hatch like that! Wheels are a bit too big imo though, I would rather lighter/smaller wheels on an EG

    Good plan thumbsup.gif

150fwkw's should be in reach with a strong setup, just make sure you plonk an LSD into it if you haven't already got one

pretty sure i saw this around mt.gravatt area and it had shadow chromes or similar, which i wasnt a huge fan of

but the works have REALLY done this car justice and the subtle body accents make sense. fantastic

110kw's is nothing to be ashamed of, its all about power to weight.

and yeah, i agree with not turbo'ing it. it'll lose that honda charm. high comp vtec smile.gif

I bought a few things all in one hit but they were something around $1600-$1800. They were bought from Work Japan through JDM concept down in Sydney.
