So you may think to try a soft or hard reset, but recently people have experienced the Theatre remaining blank after a reset.

So there is another fix to try which comes direct from Tesla technicians:

  • Tap the car icon (bottom right)
  • Tap "Display" top left.
  • Change Touchscreen language to another language (tip, switch between different English versions so that we don't get too lost!)
  • Perform the two screen wheel push and hold reset procedure
  • Repeat the above but go back to the usual English language with another reset.

This procedure is reportedly working for many people when the issue persists after a simple reset.
