Hey so I'm having trouble trying to find out the laws for driving an engine converted vehicle on your provisional licence, the car is 1987 Mercedes Benz that had a 4 cylinder 2.3ltr 100kw engine and is being converted to a 3.8ltr Buick 125kw motor and a 5 speed T5 transmission, it will be needing a mod plate for the conversion but would that make it illegal?
