Advice Please! 3.8l--4.2l - wht engine upgrades need to be purchuse to support a strocker kit???

Hey im gettin a strocker kit for my 3.8L ecotec VT it will make it 4.2L i was just wondering what other engine upgrades or anything i will have to buy alongside this for the engine....

any advice would be extreamly helpfull.. cheers

If your gonna go to that effort, I'd be looking at over sized forged pistons, H beam conrods, get some oil squirters for the bores.

Make sure you get good bearings in your motor. a Full ARP setup including main cap bolts, head stud bolts, fly wheel bolts. The rods should already come with high tensile bolts so you don't beed to worry there. Make sure you get every thing professinally machined and fitted up.

If you want to put it together yourself and need to know the tensions of all the bolts and so on. Also if you are in brisbane I'll machine your block for half of what any workshop charges you.
