Hi guys i have done a search and found that you guys seem to think nankangs seem to be good burnout tyres and that is about it!!, So i would like to hear from anyone that has actually owned a set of nankang NS-2's on there thoughts! thumbsup.gif

yes i owned a set on my clubsport and they are freakin brilliant. also a friend just brought a set and he couldnt believe how grippy they were either. for the money and everything else they are tops. id rather spend the money on them , then the expensive tyres out there.

I got a set on my SS - so far the wear has been good, I reckon they are good for at least 20k kilometers.

yeah the nankang ns2's are a veyr good tyre and very well priced as well go for them

I agree with all the others.

I have them on my skyline and they hold up really well (alot better than the previous bridgestone grid II's) and they have a fair amount of grip for the price.

So for the price you pay, you get a pretty good tyre.

i have used them, dam good tyre for the price. i would totally recomend them to all.

I always run nankang ns2's on my exa. once i tried a set of falkens because the nankangs weren't available, and they were crap... the car understeered like a bitch, could boot it in corners etc. i fried those as quick as i could, then bought a set of nankangs again and they were great, stuck to the road much better.... and very well priced...

Ive got them on the rears of the 200, there not to bad in the dry, but when it rains, holy cow, they're attrocious.
Ive also found they used to have heaps of grip, but now that Im in the last 3rd of rubber they're going off very quickly.

They are a great tyre, Federals are a bit stickier but also pricier.
They wear quite evenly and are a good compromise between hard and
soft compounds, they do tend to fall apart a bit if you drift on them
and really go rank on them, which is why I prefer Federals [just]
that being said, they don't feather up like a Federal which is
a bonus as well.

not personally sure about the ns-2's..........seen alot of cars with em *cough* nearly every car at darrens yard lol

have the ns-1's on at the moment.......shit all over the wanli's lol

what sizes do ns-2's come in? as small as the ns-1's?

They go up to 19 inch and 285 wide I believe.

i had Ns-1's on my SW20 and they had a shitload of roadnoise. I upgraded to Ns-2's, they had improved them alot.
