Correct.

That building I bought in-M on Mary-and the one next to it "Festival Towers" are both owned by the same Korean company.
They have contracts with Korean air and various Korean student exchange programs-it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that those two buildings are about 85% Korean, usually sleeping well over the approved capacity. They have even been known to rent balconies!!

The Jap community here refers to them as "Kimchi towers".

This, but there are a huge amount of these units vacant, yet they keep building more. Kind of like what is happening on the Gold Coast, not enough investors for the number of units being constructed. How to destroy a housing market. Oh wait, we will just keep getting our government to subsidise it. Same as they are trying to do with Green alternatives, which is what sent some European countries broke. Buying the green vote for Labor is killing us.

I can't speak for Festival Towers, but M on Mary has EXCELLENT occupancy. In fact, they offer a $430 rental guarantee for two years.

I just bought 2 cans of gloss black paint, 2 cans of gloss white, 2 cans of baby blue, 3 cans of primer 5 sheets of 280, 5 sheets of 320 and 5 sheets of wet and dry, a bottle of wax and grease remover 2 cans of degreaser and a tube of elbow grease. Im ready!

My parts finally arrived. Distributor cap, ignition rotor, new set of spark plugs, straps to hold the air filter cover on and rubber sleeves for the intake manifold.
