With 90s Japanese sports cars going through the roof in value, get in now. You will be hard pressed to find a better (almost) stock car than this (it has a few minor reversible mods). Stock cars is where the $s are at.
The pictures speak for themselves, just look at it, the paint and bodywork is VGC (minor imperfections from daily use). The interior is so nice and the leather is soft with no fading or cracks on dash etc. Even has a brand new stereo surround as they often break.
The best part is she has a rebuilt 2L MIVEC V6 motor with only a few klms on it. I have receipts for thousands of dollars of parts and machining and it was rebuilt by a retired aircraft engineer. It includes new reconditioned heads, rings, bearings, gaskets etc. Even all new timing belt, pulleys and tappet adjusting screws etc
- new thicker alloy radiator
- new battery
- brand new adjustable coil over shocks all round
- 17 inch SSR mags, tyres average.
- new brakes pads all round
- no rust, original paint
- new heavy duty clutch and the gearbox feels great
-sports exhaust (google the sound it is amazing)
You just dont find good stock Japanese sports cars anymore as they were all flogged. This is a genuinely good example with a brand new engine and 233,000klms on body. Only things yet to address are the tyres are getting low on tread and the air con needs re-gassing after being disconnected during rebuild (but all reconnected now, it just needs gas).
I bought a new house and no longer have the room for the FTO (got other projects), so it has to go. Inspections welcomed, but no test drives as currently unregistered (but can go up our long driveway).
Located Nambour area (Sunshine Coast), can assist with freight as I know some people.
