new race engine fitted at 201342klms. 13b Fully J ported with s5 housings.


full car vinyl wrapped in 3M carbon fiber by carbon fx
billet front grill with front and rear rotor accents
custom black leather gear boot, steering wheel cover and handbrake cover with red stiching
replaced full interior with black and red from a newer model
NEW DTM rush rims/tyres 18 x 8.5 with 215/35/r18 and 18 x 9.5 225/40/r18 new wheel nuts and hub locators
new century 460 cca battery
rebuilt clutch master and slave cylinder
new 6 puck sprung center clutch rated for 425hp + (not heavy on the leg at all)
new 6 stacker cd unit climate control etc with ipod cable
new power steering ecu module and power unit
new rear sway bar links
new in the box QFM A1RM racing brake pads
K&N air filter with alloy 4 inch ram air cold air intake
new bigger radiator with alloy tanks

engine specs
so its a 13b renesis block fully J ported primary, secondary and auxiliary inlet ports with series 5 rx7 rotor housing CNC machined water seal o ring grooves to suit the rx8 endplates and opened up exhaust ports on the housings with stock rx8 exhaust ports
rx8 rotors where used but had to the apex seal groove wire cut to suit rx7 style apex seals so they would not fall into the large J ports. rotors have been side clearance to prevent scuffing and tip clearanced
scr 2mm apex power seals have been used along with scr corner and side seals (all unbreakable )
freshly surface ground and re nitrided endplates


Mazda Factory Racing rotor bearings have been used with larger oil clearance and deeper oil groove. along with new stationary gear bearings.
linished and polished E shaft
fully balanced rotating assembly.
all new seals gaskets and springs have been used
alloy pellet has been fitted the E shaft to provide full oil pressure and oil to the rotors when cold
2 of the 4 oil injectors have been removed to reduce oil consumption. wear is not an issue with the power seals.(if you do remove the factory oil injection you will need to run pre mix)
Baffle plate fitted to sump to prevent oil starvation
NGK BR8EGV BR9EGV racing spark plugs fitted

Full hand built ETM custom 316 stainless exhaust system. consists of 5x inch and 3/4 runners into 3 inch header manifold, with 3x o2 sensor bungs, 3ich v band 3 inch mid pipe with 2 straight through powerflow mufflers, another 3 inch v band into 2x 2 1/2inch blended 90 degree bends into 2 large straight through offset powerflow mufflers coming out at 2 and 1/2 inch conned up to 2x 4 inch 45 deg tips.

ECU adjusted to suit current engine, intake and exhaust on 98 pump fuel
setup with ram air compensation
adjustable ignition timing
adjustable idle

The tune runs 14.7 to 15.0 on idle and light load AFRs are progressive to 13.0 wide open throttle, full load capable of 230hp +
