Sellers Description
Selling my classic 1991 BMW E36 318I 5 Speed Manual 4 door Sedan.
The car has more than 5 months registration and expires on the 2nd of July.
The car has just been given a full oil and filter change.
The body and paintwork on the car is in relatively good condition for its age it has the usual bumps and and scratches you would expect with a 26 year old car however it still looks very good particuarly with the wheels.
It comes with 18 inch Advanti Vienna Gold Rims with good tyres surrounding them, the rims still fetch a high used price of around $300-$400 depending on condition. The tyres and rims perform very well on the road with good handling and grip and they do not scrub or hit the guards. The shock absorbers have also been replaced fairly recently.
The car also has a genuine m3 zender spoiler which are also very hard to find in good condition.
The interior is in good condition for the age of the car with no tearing on any of the seats. It has a small stain on the rear seat as the photos show however this could likely be removed with a steam cleaner etc
The car drives very well, i drive it on a daily basis but now need something bigger and more practical. It has developed a bit of a lifter tick in the top end of the motor which is a very common issue for the m40 1.8l Bmw motor and i have been advised by mechanics that is not a major issue and that its safe to continue driving. The car gets very good fuel economy i average roughly 7.5l per 100km combined city and highway driving.
