Hi, Just wondering if anyone can provide some advice. I have an LH Torana running a Borg Warner LSD out of a VS Commodore and 15 x 10 Prostars with 275/50 x 15 under flares, and no, they don't rub anywhere since some minor massaging. Fronts were 15 x 3.5 Prostar front runners (which are illegal on Qld roads), so have just bought 2 new 15 x 7 Prostars (fitted with 235/60 x 15) and a 5.5 inch offset, and have now found that the inside of the rims rubs on the brake line securing bolt on the caliper. What I am asking is, firstly, is this the right off set for these rims, and if so, can I grind of file down the bolt head to stop the rubbing. I don't want to use spacers, due to their legality also. Any beneficial advice is appreciated. This post has been edited by 74 Torry: Jan 14 2018, 03:24 PM |
