Hi everyone!
My Uncle has a Jaguar kit car with a Toyota R22 engine and manual gear box. Giving the size of the footwell, having a third pedal is makes the car difficult and uncomfortable to really drive.

The idea is to replace the engine with a new engine and automatic transmission without major modifications. It needs to be rear wheel drive and easily available in Australia. Some ideas I have had and taking into consideration that I have never performed a engine swap is, a Toyota 3S-GE from a RAV4 or perhaps a Nissan CA18DE all depending on Australian availability.

I am open (pleading) for any suggestions or ideas.
